Refund Policy

At Reddy2Go Cleaning, we take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services that meet our professional standards. Client satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only in cases where management determines that the services provided were negligent, incomplete, or materially below our established service standards. Refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Reddy2Go Cleaning following a formal review.

Refund Review Process

To be eligible for review, clients must:

  • Notify us of the issue within 24 hours of service completion

  • Provide a clear description of the concern, including supporting photos or documentation when requested

  • Allow us the opportunity to inspect, assess, or remedy the issue if applicable

Failure to report concerns within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services completed according to the agreed-upon checklist or scope of work

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences not previously disclosed

  • Pre-existing conditions such as permanent stains, wear and tear, damage, or areas excluded from service

  • Client-provided access issues, inaccurate information, or failure to prepare the space as required

  • Additional requests not included in the original booking or finalized service plan

Resolution Options

When appropriate, and at our discretion, we may offer:

  • A partial refund

  • A service credit

  • A re-clean or corrective service in lieu of a refund

Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reddy2Go Cleaning’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Under no circumstances shall Reddy2Go Cleaning be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking and receiving services from Reddy2Go Cleaning, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
