1. Booking & Service Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and scope of the space at the time of service. Any significant changes will be communicated prior to or during service.
2. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. This includes providing accurate gate codes, door codes, garage access, keys, or lockbox instructions. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the designated notice period communicated at booking. Late cancellations, lockouts, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing Adjustments
Prices are based on the information provided during booking. Heavily soiled areas, additional rooms, excessive buildup, or services not disclosed at the time of booking may result in an adjusted rate.
5. Supplies & Equipment
Reddy2Go Cleaning provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients must notify us in advance of any preferences, restrictions, or allergies.
6. Safety & Pets
For the safety of our cleaning professionals, clients must disclose the presence of pets. Pets must be secured or safely managed during the cleaning service unless otherwise discussed.
7. Satisfaction & Quality Assurance
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and determine appropriate next steps. Refunds or re-cleans are issued at management’s discretion.
8. Damage & Liability
Reddy2Go Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed items, or items not securely mounted. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Short-Term Rental Properties
For short-term rental or turnover cleanings, clients are responsible for providing accurate checkout times, access details, and property guidelines. Reddy2Go Cleaning is not responsible for delays caused by guests overstaying or denied access.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Reddy2Go Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable scope, or if inappropriate behavior is encountered.
11. Agreement to Terms
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
